What to expect

A comfortable and professional environment is awaiting you at Dr Borman & Associates.

Your First Visit

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time to complete some brief paperwork that will provide important information for the doctors about your medical history.

Or download new patient forms here...

One of the most important parts of your visit is consultation, where you and one of our doctors will discuss the pain or discomfort you are feeling, talk about your medical history, explore how and why the current situation may have started, and discuss how your condition has progressed. All of this information is important to help our doctors determine the best steps to alleviate your pain, and identify an individualized treatment plan.

One of our doctors will carefully examine the area of pain or discomfort in order to diagnose the problem. During this process our doctors will determine the nerves, joints and muscles that are under stress to develop a plan for relieving your pain and improving your function. You can also expect that we will look at and consider the function of your entire body as a whole.

Following the consultation and examination, our doctors will discuss what they have discovered during the examination and how those factors could be contributing to your current situation. Patients are encouraged to ask questions during their entire visit, but especially during this phase when treatment options are discussed.

Our gentle, safe and effective treatment methods are designed to give the body time to adapt to a new position and pattern which makes it ideal for severe pain and chronic pain disorders as well. Our doctors will combine gentle specific chiropractic mobilization and ultrasound to help restore proper alignment while relieving swelling and pressure on nerves, soothing aches and pains.
